We are a TEAM working together towards the well-being of young children. Founded in 1977, our center is intentionally small and independently owned and operated by Montessori certified mentors.
Infant Teachers enjoy low ratios with a primary group of babies who stay together with you for two or more years. Educarers are supported by mentor teachers and parents as partners while caring for children using Magda Gerber's respectful model of early childhood education.
All faculty members are full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm with an hour break. Children arrive at 8:00am and depart by 4:00pm. Each day we gather together for communication, environment prep, and classroom planning.
Starting salary is competitive and we are willing to train the right individual for long term growth. Benefits include paid holiday, up to 4 weeks vacation, health care services, matching IRA, paid training, free childcare, gas stipend, annual bonus, and a community which regards you and your work.
